Drop Off Information
The Drop off Locations are open 24-hours and ACCEPT the Following Items:
- No Plastic Bags - recyclable items go in can loose
- Corrugated/Smooth cardboard
- Clear, Green, and Brown Glass
- Paper, Magazines, Newspapers
- Steel and Aluminum Cans
- Plastics #1-5 and #7 (NO #6 Plastics, Styrofoam, Clothing, or Garbage)
Current Drop off locations:
- BROOK: South Side of Brook Water Tower
- GOODLAND:: Between Main Source Bank and Post Office
- KENTLAND: East Goss Street
- LAKE VILLAGE: West of the Lake Township Fire Station
- MOROCCO: North of the Newton County Highway Garage
- ROSELAWN: East Kellar Street, East of Ceres Solutions & Generations Center
- MT. AYR: Chicago Street
Electronics, Appliances, Tires, Oil, Oil filters and Antifreeze should be taken to the Newton County Highway Department during their business hours.
